Our approach
We run ops, finance, sales, and make software products for a small piece of equity. We provide capital if needed, though we love fighting in the trenches with you - before money and more people come into the picture.
Walker's background is private equity with several successful business ventures intermixed. John's background is software engineering with many MVPs created and launched. Our partnership is aligned with founders long term. We are free to use and only make money if you do.
We absolutely need your business to materialize for our efforts to pay off, just like you. Contractors and hourly workers have multiple clients and can easily switch projects, leaving your project abandoned.
We provide software development, sales, accounting, finance, recruiting, and strategy when we partner with you. We take the idea to the next stage, whether that be creating the software MVP, landing customers, or positioning you for a maximal seed or Series A valuation. In effect, you'll have two cofounders that are there to keep you grinding in the beginning, but you will keep control and vision. Our ideal path looks like several weeks or months of high intensity focus and work, making the product viable, finding customers, then adjusting our inputs to whatever you need - be it more of our support, cash, or just strategy.
